Our Mission
EuroSalary.eu exists to make European salary data transparent and accessible to everyone. Whether you're negotiating a raise, considering a move abroad, or benchmarking your compensation — you deserve clear, reliable salary information without paywalls or hidden agendas.
Why We Built EuroSalary
Salary opacity hurts workers. In Europe, most employees have no idea how their pay compares to others in the same role, city, or country. This information asymmetry benefits employers and leaves workers — especially women and minorities — at a structural disadvantage during negotiations. The EU Pay Transparency Directive, taking effect in June 2026, will require companies to publish salary ranges. This is a historic step forward. We built EuroSalary to accelerate this shift by making salary data available now, across borders and languages.
How It Works
We combine three complementary data sources to provide the most accurate picture of European salaries:
Eurostat — Official EU Statistics
The EU Labour Force Survey and Structure of Earnings Survey provide the statistical backbone. Updated quarterly, covering all EU27 member states.
Job Postings — Real Market Data
We process data from 50+ European job boards. Weekly updates with 100,000+ listings processed monthly to track real-time salary trends.
Anonymous Reports — Community Verified
User-submitted salary reports validated against our statistical models. We require a minimum of 30 data points per role before publishing.

- 15 European countries covered in detail
- 21 job categories across all major sectors
